We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can be selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as the delivery location. We will provide a tracking number for your shipment once it has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as those caused by postal service disruptions or natural events. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the specified address.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Panora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
